Kuljetusnetti is an intermediary service that:

• Connects people who are moving with moving companies
• Passes quote requests on to our partner companies
• Does not carry out moving services itself

3. Registration and use

3.1 Using the service

• The service is free for customers
• You register with your email address
• You log in with your email address

3.2 User obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Not use the service unlawfully
• Not disrupt the operation of the service
• Register the moving company you choose in the service

4. Partners

4.1 Partner companies

• Partners are independent companies
• We are only responsible for the intermediary service, not for the moves
• Partners pay a commission on accepted quotes

4.2 Partner obligations

• Give truthful quotes
• Follow good business practice
• Pay commissions on time

5. Quotes and contracts

5.1 Quote requests

• A quote request does not bind you
• You are free to accept or reject quotes
• Partners can decide whether to make a quote

5.2 Contract with the partner

• The contract is made directly between you and the partner
• We are not a party to the contract
• Disputes are resolved with the partner

6. Pricing and payments

6.1 For customers

• The service is 100% free for customers
• You only pay the partner you choose

6.2 For partners

• Commission on accepted quotes
• Pricing is based on the size of the home
• Monthly invoicing

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 Availability of the service

• We aim to keep the service available 24/7
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may suspend the service for maintenance

7.2 Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

• Errors or damage caused by partners
• Damage that occurs during a move
• The quality of a partner's work
• The actions of third parties

8. Intellectual property

• The content of the service is protected by copyright
• You may not copy or distribute the content without permission
• The brand and logo are registered trademarks

9. Complaints

Complaints about a partner's service:
Contact the partner directly.

10. Ending use of the service

10.1 Your rights

• You can stop using the service at any time
• You can ask for your data to be deleted

10.2 Our rights

We may block access if you:

• Break the terms of use
• Use the service unlawfully
• Don't pay your invoices (partners)

11. Changes to the terms

• We may update the terms
• We will notify you of changes by email
• By continuing to use the service you accept the changes

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Finnish law.
